PMMA Machining Prototype

PMMA  machining prototye is to use the  CNC machining process to manufacture PMMA plastic prototype on PMMA resin block(workpiece), after machining the prototype need to be polished, then we can get the very gloss finishing surface.

To use the transparent PMMA resin workpiece to manufacture plastic prototype with high polishing, we can get the transparent plastic prototye, it is very close to transparent plastic molding parts quality. Normally this prototype process can be used for lenses prototype making or the other plastic prototye need to be transparent.
